Frequently Asked Questions

What is the CELI Mentorship Platform?

The CELI Mentorship Platform is a comprehensive digital tool designed to support research collaboration, project management, and resource sharing among educators and researchers working on experiential learning initiatives across Africa.

How do I get access to the platform?

Access is granted through invitation. If you're a researcher or educator interested in joining, contact CELI Enugu directly. Once invited, you'll receive an email with instructions to complete your profile.

What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

2FA adds an extra layer of security. After entering your password, you'll receive a 6-digit code via email that you must enter to complete login. This ensures only you can access your account.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login form. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after 1 hour for security.

Can I upload resources to the platform?

Yes! The CELI Commons Repository allows you to upload documents, videos, images, lesson plans, toolkits, and other educational resources. All uploads are versioned and tagged for easy discovery.
